Detailed Description:
NLP is a model of the structure of our subjective experience and how that experience influences our behaviours. Subjective experience can be regarded as our thoughts or what we refer to as our mind. Focusing on the thought processes, NLP has found patterns that influence people's verbal and non-verbal behaviour. It gives you a set of tools to run your own brain, and influence the behaviour of others.
The purpose of NLP is to help people, groups and even organizations by working directly with people's mental maps they have for organising experience, particularly those involved in decision-making, creativity, learning and motivation.
During this seminar, you will learn the latest techniques developed by Richard Bandler, including his latest advances in Design Human Engineering and Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning. We take for granted the opportunity to design internal strategies and states that are both dynamic and compelling. Think about how many good feelings you have. However many that is, it's not enough. We start from the premise that, that which is already available to an individual is nowhere near what that person is capable of. During this portion of the seminar you will learn how to:
- Build powerful new feelings.
- Change unwanted feelings easily.
- Flatten out bad memories.
- Convince your brain that it can achieve anything.
In the 1980's John Grinder surveyed the terrain of the field that he co-created and was somewhat disappointed at the level of personal incongruence among NLP Practitioners. He also began developing new techniques that overcame coding flaws in certain change models developed by Bandler and himself. The result was the creation of New Code NLP where new behaviors are generated from a person's unconscious mind. He also examined the language models he developed and refined them so that they were even simpler to learn. During this portion of the seminar you will access the unconscious mind via powerful high-performance altered-states of consciousness. You will also learn how to:
- Change anything with the Unconscious Mind.
- Implement the powerful New Code Change Format.
- Learn numerous New Code Games.
- To extract the right information from people.
- Experience things from different points of view.
