Detailed Description:

BMW wanted to reproduce the talent of its top sales people .These were people who were able to achieve their targets consistently in sections of the market that the company now wanted to attract. Using neuro linguistic programming - NLP, they identified what really worked in the sales approach of these top performers. Having identified the difference that makes a difference, they taught this way of selling to the rest of the sales force. This sales force then went on to achieve all sales targets they were set for the forthcoming year.

For information flow in a business organisation to be both effective and efficient, it must meet two conditions – specifically, it must include:

1. Need to know information
2. Need not to know information

Our professional experience has led us to the judgement that the information network in the typical business contains all or nearly all of the need to know information. Typically, however, it is scattered throughout a morass of irrelevant or need not to know information.
