During this workshop we are excited to present simple and practical approaches to self-hypnosis. We offer support and guidance in exercises that allow you to begin to connect with and utilize unconscious resources. These are simple lessons in achieving altered states of consciousness that have been used with great effect to stimulate creativity, solve problems, achieve relaxation and improve health and well-being.
Detailed Description:
The basic premise of self-hypnosis is the connection with and utilisation of unconscious resources. On a deeper level, we acknowledge that there is a conscious, ego driven intellect, and a deep self – that hypnotists refer to as your unconscious. Now, we offer an integrated approach to connecting both minds, along with extension into a generative field of consciousness, metaphorically, a quantum universe in which solutions to problems abound.
From great Shaman, to healers, and including most of the geniuses of the last few centuries, altered states have been reported as being key to true success. Take Albert Einstein for example, or, that the discovery of DNA came to one of the team as an intertwined serpent within a dream to understand that your unconscious is not secondary – it is paramount in moving beyond problems and into a better and more fun solutions.
Newton had drifted into a day dream, when a stray apple landed on his head, Archramedes was away with the fairies when he stepped into a bathtub and began to shout “Eureka!”, and here at Brain Train Academy, we have used such states to assist people in curing depression, anxiety, phobias, remove colour blindness, improve eyesight, and even change eye colour!
This special day teaches you how to step out of the hum-drum of the day to day cognitive hamster wheel, in order to connect with something deeper, a wisdom of ages. Often we consciously get locked into certain ways of thinking, and, our practical tools present a way of deframing and unhooking from the lock of this pull, in order to connect with your body mind and an infinite field of solutions.
The new patterns that we will teach to you include: somatic centring, spinal alignment, opening to a generative field of awareness, and sensitising to the body responses. This is a very special course, that will provide you with deep learnings, and a point at which to connect to that what is within and beyond you. The practicalities of such practices include, more relaxation, less stress, better health, and more creativity. This course will probably fill quickly so book now.
