Since 2002 Dawn Flockhart has been working and studying with the most renowned "Healers" and Personal Development Gurus in the world. She is an extensively qualified NLP Trainer, Master NLP Practitioner, Executive & Personal Coach. Commonly known as the "Therapist's Therapist", she trained in Neuro Linguistic Training (NLP) with its creator, Dr Richard Bandler and John La Valle (President of the Society of NLP). For 5 years, she assisted on Richard Bandler's Society of NLP Practitioner/Master Practitioner Training courses and also assisted for 5 years on Paul McKenna's Hypnosis and Training Seminars. Dawn, also a qualified hypnotherapist/psychotherapist trained with Paul McKenna and the National College of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy.

Her business projects have taken her work into organisations where she researched the dynamics of peak-performance. She has coached and mentored top teams to explore new ways to explore authentic and sustainable levels of individual and collective achievement.

As a trainer she supports teams in building and expanding skills to peak performance levels through increased self-awareness, developing core communication skills that border on "mind reading" to influence win/win situations.

Her passion is working with individuals who desire to live uncommon lives and excel beyond their dreams and expectations. She gives clients commitment, passion for growth and an encyclopaedic knowledge and direct experience of state of the art coaching technologies.

Dawn is a certified member of the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming set up as a quality control measure by Dr Richard Bandler, the creator of NLP. She is also a certified member of British Institute of Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy (BIH), - one of the longest established associations of hypnotherapists/psychotherapists and NLP Practitioners, committed to the highest standards of ethical practice and professional competence, available for inspection at the consultation. The BIH is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, also a member of the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO), a national umbrella confederation.

She is a certified Yoga Teacher - studying Yoga with the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta and with Pattabhi Jois, the Astanga Guru, in India. She is a graduate of the Anthony Robbins Mastery University and is committed to both personal and professional excellence.

Dawn has a scientific background with a Degree in Computing Science and a teaching qualification from the University of Cambridge.

She has competed for both Scotland and Great Britain in Athletics and takes an integrated approach to a healthy body, healthy mind.

Thom Shillaw - BSc HONS, MPNLP, MSNLP

Thom co-trains with Dawn on most of the NLP courses. He has appeared on TV and has been an information point for various sources including the BBC. His client resume ranges from movie stars to elite athletes. As a performance enhancement specialist he has assisted the cream of British sports stars, including Prince Naseem and Kelly Holmes.

He is a Master NLP Practitioner & Trainer. Thom has studied with Paul McKenna, and is among a rare breed of trainers that has received tutorship from both co-creators of NLP, Dr Richard Bandler and Dr John Grinder. This means that he is well versed in both classic and new code NLP. He is one of the few trainers to be actively involved in the core discipline that defines NLP - modelling.

Thom is an expert in NLP application, New Code NLP, Altered/Shamanic states, and Ericksonian hypnosis. His unusual and dynamic presentation style, not only entertains, but serves to remind us of the basic analog of the mind - Difference.

He implements physiologic shifts to induce high performance and altered states. You can expect a huge shift in your thinking after just a couple of hours with him and literally feel the motivation running through your veins.

Gary's career as a high achieving Sales Manager means he is well versed on the the best NLP tools and techniques used for persuasion and negotiation. He is currently Property Manager for Richie Neil Solicitors and does NLP Trainings as a guest speaker to allow him to pass on his incredible Professional NLP business knowledge. A talent that seems to "run in the family"...

He is a Master NLP Practitioner, trained to the highest standard by Dr. Richard Bandler (Creator of NLP), John La Valle (President of NLP Society), and Paul McKenna (Europes leading Hypnotherapist), and has therefore learnt from, and modelled, the most respected people in the business. He now assists wherever possible on personal development seminars with the aforementioned masters.

Gary is also a qualified Meridian line therapist, well versed in the uses of EFT and TFT - killing fears and phobias fast. Gary is an Anthony Robbins Mastery University graduate, committed to excellence in every area of life, and continually looking for new ways to get as much fulfillment from life as possible. Lesley Waddell - PNLP, MSNLP

Assistant Trainer, Healer & Therapist

Born 1973, Norwegian/English heritage. Educated in England. Having completed her A'levels, she went on to a foundation course in art and design, this led to a degree in Jewellery design, from which she graduated with a First Class honours degree.

Following graduation she produced her premiere collection, which was bought in it's entirety by Harrods. This developed into a successful worldwide ready to wear business. In addition to this she worked as a consultant with Christian Dior, Vivienne Westwood and Cartier and as a contextual artist showing in an exhibition worldtour with the Crafts Council of London.

Lesley began working with healing and Reiki 10 years ago. Her creative talent and spiritual imagination have been prevalent throughout her life and this has developed into healing through NLP. She has found this to be an amazing way to help people change their lives.

Currently Lesley is working as an NLP Mater Practitioner in Kent and is in show-jumping training with her horse Dylan.
